Seven checks · one save decision

Global Weidian Spreadsheet Checklist Before Saving a Find

Give every candidate the same short review. The score does not prove quality; it exposes which rows still depend on guesswork.

Global Weidian is an independent browsing guide for Global Weidian spreadsheet users. It does not sell products, process orders, handle shipping, verify sellers, or represent Global Weidian or Findsindex.

How to use the score

Give one point for each check a row clearly passes. Keep 6–7 point rows as shortlist candidates, research 4–5 point rows, and remove weaker rows until better evidence appears.

The seven-point checklist

  • The item belongs in the category I am browsing.
  • Photos show the details that matter for this product type.
  • Sizing, measurements, or fit notes are visible when needed.
  • Price makes sense beside similar finds.
  • Shipping weight does not ruin the value.
  • The row is not just hype or a vague label.
  • I can explain why I would save this find.
Count visible evidence

Score your row

Only award a point when the row or linked page provides an answer you can actually inspect.

6–7Strong shortlist candidate
4–5Research more
2–3Weak row
0–1Remove for now

A high score is a browsing aid, not seller verification or a product guarantee.

Review in two passes

Separate removal from research

  1. Fast pass: remove wrong categories, mismatched thumbnails, broken destinations and rows with no meaningful label.
  2. Evidence pass: compare measurements, photo coverage, source relevance, price context and weight status across the survivors.
  3. Final pass: open only the strongest candidates and record the one question that remains unanswered.

QC photos by category

Useful Global Weidian QC photos answer item-specific questions. More images are not automatically better.

Shoes and sneakers

Look for both side profiles, top view, toe, heel, outsole, inside label and an insole measurement when available.

Hoodies, shirts and jackets

Look for front and back views, seams, cuffs, neckline or closures, fabric close-ups and garment measurements.

Bags and accessories

Look for scale, dimensions, hardware, stitching, interior layout, fastening and relevant material detail.

Photo-finding tools can help, but the images still need to match the item, colour, size and source you are considering. A one-word quality verdict is not enough.

For fit, only use a size chart when the units and measuring method are clear. Shoe information should say whether it refers to a foot or an insole. Clothing information should distinguish garment measurements from body-size recommendations.

Good row example

A sneaker row sits inside the footwear section. It links to a matching item, includes both side views, heel and outsole photos, names the size shown, gives an insole measurement and notes approximate weight.

Score: likely 6–7 if its price is sensible beside similar rows and you can state why it fits your shortlist.

Weak row example

A jacket row appears under accessories, uses one promotional image, has no measurements, gives no fabric or weight clue, and is described only as “popular.”

Score: likely 1–2. The row needs more evidence before it deserves another click.

One-sentence save rule

Save a find only when you can name the category, the useful evidence, the remaining question and the reason it beats another row.

What to do next

Use the category guide if the comparison still feels uneven. Read the shipping weight guide for bulky items, or review the safety notes when external details feel vague. The FAQ covers direct questions about links, source terms and support boundaries.
